    • CHOOSE YOUR MINERAL: Super Fine grade is powered by super-sharp silicon carbide that excels in low-pressure and fine finishing applications, while all other grades feature harder and more durable aluminum oxide
    • CONFORMABLE NONWOVEN WEB: Springy nonwoven fibers resist loading and conform to irregular or contoured surfaces
    • GREAT FOR LOW-MEDIUM PRESSURE: Built for consistency in blending, cleaning, deburring, finishing, grinding, polishing, radiusing, refining and surface preparation
    • QUICK AND EASY ATTACHMENT: Hook and loop backing makes for easy disc attachment, removal and re-attachment
    • WORKS ON A RANGE OF METALS: Great for use on aluminum, mild steel, nickel alloy, stainless steel and titanium
Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc comes in a wide variety of grades and sizes and is an ideal first-step for cleaning, blending, deburring, and finishing. Durable, non-woven fiber construction conforms well on irregular or contoured surfaces without undercutting or damaging the base material.

The open-web material runs cool and resists loading to enable prolonged operation while evenly distributed aluminum oxide abrasives produce a high cut-rate for consistent finishing.

Our Scotch-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Disc uses aluminum oxide abrasive. Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its cut-rate and long life. This mineral is a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges in use, whereas traditional abrasives, such as garnet, quickly wear down with use. Due to its high cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention, aluminum oxide mineral is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing use. Aluminum oxide is suitable on a wide variety of substrates in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

Our Scotch-Brite™ industrial abrasives are unique surface conditioning products with abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers. Combining abrasives with the fibers creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product. The open-web material runs cool and is load resistant, which keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibers.

    Trusted Scotch-Brite Quality

The Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc, model SC-DH 07508, offers reliable performance for surface preparation. This brand is known for durable, non-woven fiber construction that conforms well to irregular surfaces without damaging the base material.

Designed for professionals, this disc is ideal for cleaning, blending, deburring, and finishing tasks. Its consistent quality ensures dependable results across various applications.

    Very Fine Grade Performance

This product features a Very Fine (A/O) grade, perfect for low-pressure and fine finishing work. The aluminum oxide abrasive provides a high cut-rate and long life, making it suitable for detailed surface conditioning.

The Very Fine grade excels in polishing and refining, helping achieve smooth finishes on metals and other materials. Its mineral choice balances durability with gentle abrasion.

    Compact 2 Inch Size

The disc measures 2 inches in diameter with a NH (nut hub) attachment system. This size is convenient for precision work and fits many standard tools, allowing easy handling in tight spaces.

Its compact dimensions make it suitable for detailed surface preparation tasks where control and accuracy are important. The NH backing ensures secure attachment during use.

    Hook And Loop Backing

The disc uses a hook and loop backing system for quick and easy attachment, removal, and re-attachment. This feature saves time during tool changes and helps maintain workflow efficiency.

Hook and loop technology also allows the disc to stay firmly in place during operation, reducing slippage and improving safety. It’s compatible with many standard sanding and conditioning tools.

    Bulk Pack Convenience

This product comes in a pack of 25 discs per carton, with 100 discs per case. Buying in bulk ensures you have plenty of discs on hand for ongoing projects without frequent reordering.

The large pack size is ideal for industrial or workshop settings where surface conditioning is performed regularly. It helps reduce downtime and keeps supplies stocked.
