Scotch-Brite SE Surface Conditioning Disc combines an aggressive, non-woven disc to perform heavy-duty deburring and finishing with the efficiency of a hook and loop attachment system. Its heavy-duty non-woven fiber construction conforms well to help preserve edges as well as irregular or contoured surfaces.

Our Scotch-Brite SE Surface Conditioning Disc uses aluminum oxide abrasive. Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its cut-rate and long life. This mineral is a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges in use, whereas traditional abrasives, such as garnet, quickly wear down with use. Due to its high cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention, aluminum oxide mineral is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing use. Aluminum oxide is suitable on a wide variety of substrates in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

Scotch-Brite industrial abrasives are unique surface conditioning products with abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers. Combining abrasives with the fibers creates an abrasive system that gives you consistent results for the life of the product. The open-web material runs cool and is load resistant, which keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibers.

    Trusted Scotch-Brite Model

The Scotch-Brite SE Surface Conditioning Disc, model SE-DH, is designed for reliable performance. This brand is known for quality and durability, making it a solid choice for surface conditioning tasks.

Its non-woven fiber construction helps preserve edges and works well on irregular or contoured surfaces. This model is built to handle heavy-duty deburring and finishing jobs efficiently.

    Coarse Grade Performance

This disc comes in an A/O Coarse grade, providing a fast, aggressive cut. The coarse grade is ideal when you need extra cut and longer life for blending, deburring, and grinding applications.

Using aluminum oxide abrasive, it offers high cut-rate and strength. This makes it suitable for tough jobs where durability and efficiency are essential.

    Seven Inch Size

The disc measures 7 inches in diameter, a common size that fits many surface conditioning tools. This size balances coverage and control for various metalworking and woodworking tasks.

Its dimensions allow it to work effectively on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, making it versatile for different materials and projects.

    Hook Loop Attachment

The disc features a hook and loop backing system, which makes attachment and removal quick and easy. This system helps save time during tool changes and keeps the disc securely in place during use.

This format also allows for re-attachment, so you can reposition the disc if needed without losing performance or wasting material.

    Case Pack Quantity

This product is sold in a pack of 25 discs per case, providing a good supply for ongoing projects or professional use. Buying in bulk helps reduce downtime and ensures you have discs ready when needed.

The pack size supports heavy use environments where frequent disc changes are required, making it a practical choice for workshops and industrial settings.
