The Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip Disc D1 is well suited for cleaning operations requiring an aggressive cut to remove paint, sealant, rust or other coatings. The disc has a built-in 1/4˝ spindle for easy attachment to a die grinder or other portable tool.

Extra coarse grade silicon carbide embedded in resin-covered fibers not only removes rust and coatings quickly, but also leaves a satisfactory finish and may eliminate the need for subsequent finishing steps.
