Scotch-Brite Clean and Finish Roll delivers consistent results for finishing, blending, polishing, and cleaning on a variety of metals, wood, plastics surfaces as well as hard-to-reach areas. The roll stock can be easily cut to any length. Clean and Finish roll stock provides consistent surface conditioning for the life of the product.

Load resistance keeps the abrasive particles exposed to maintain a consistent cut rate. Our general purpose pad can be cut and used by hand for precise control. Wider width stock can be cut and paired with a hand pad holder for uniform finishing, or on an inline or oscillating sander to cover larger areas.

We manufacture Scotch-Brite Clean and Finish Rolls with a choice of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, or talc abrasive mineral. Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for low-pressure applications such as paint prep and finishing. Aluminum oxide is a hard, blocky mineral that provides high cut-rate and long life. While silicon carbide breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a finer finish. Talc is a mild abrasive that can be used achieve a satin finish or with polish to create a high gloss finish in topcoat rubbing applications.

Our Scotch-Brite abrasives are unique surface conditioning products with abrasives incorporated into non-woven fiber matrix. Combining abrasives and non-woven material creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product. The open-web material runs cool and is load resistant, which keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the fibers.

    Scotch-Brite Clean Finish

The Scotch-Brite Clean and Finish Roll, CF-RL, A/O Fine, offers reliable surface conditioning for various materials. This product is designed to deliver consistent finishing, blending, polishing, and cleaning results with ease.

Its conformable pad design allows it to reach hard-to-access areas, making it ideal for detailed work. The roll format lets you cut the material to the exact size needed for your project.

    Precise Size And Format

This roll measures 6 inches by 30 feet, providing a versatile length for multiple uses. The cut-to-fit roll stock ensures uniform finishing and polishing across different surfaces.

With two rolls per case, you get enough material for extended projects or multiple applications. The roll format also supports easy customization to fit your specific tool or hand use.

    Durable Abrasive Material

The A/O Fine grade uses aluminum oxide, a hard mineral that offers a high cut rate and long life. This abrasive mineral helps maintain consistent performance throughout the product’s lifespan.

Open web material resists loading, which keeps the abrasive particles exposed and effective. This means the roll maintains a steady cut rate without clogging during use.

    Versatile Application Options

This Scotch-Brite roll works well for hand use or with oscillating and dual pad rubbing machines. Its flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of finishing tasks.

It’s compatible with metal, wood, composite, and advanced materials, allowing you to use one product across different projects and surfaces.

    Consistent Quality And Performance

The non-woven fiber matrix combines abrasives with a unique surface conditioning system. This design ensures consistent results for finishing, blending, and cleaning throughout the roll’s life.

Load resistance and cool running properties help maintain high performance by limiting clogging. This keeps the abrasive cutting efficiently on all your finishing jobs.
