3M Wetordry Cloth Disc 281W features a strong, waterproof mesh type cloth backing so the abrasive may be run wet or dry. It is commonly used for finishing on substrates like paint, e-coat primer, gel coat and metal. Discs clip on to a hand pad (sold separately) for hand applications.

Use Wet or Dry
Used with water, 3M Wetordry Cloth Disc 281W prevents loading of the abrasive during the finishing process. It prevents dust and debris from clogging the abrasive and dulling the mineral, so it can continue cutting sharp and fast. This versatile cloth product is ideal on e-coat primer and may also be used dry for finishing metal and gel coats.
