3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U discs provide the toughness, cut-rate, and flexibility required for aggressive woodworking, paint prep, and metal finishing applications, all with the convenience of a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that allows easy application to a 3M Stikit Disc Pad, as well as quick clean removal from the pad.

Our discs feature a mineral blend of aluminum oxide and 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain, a very tough synthetic mineral engineered to fracture frequently for a super fast cut. The combination of the ceramic/aluminum oxide mineral blend and heavy paper backing make this a top choice for aggressive sanding applications such as paint stripping or stock removal. This product can be used on both rotary and random orbital tools, for applications in metalworking and woodworking.

3M Stikit discs are high-quality, coated abrasive products with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside to allow easy application and removal. A Stikit disc must be pressed onto a backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a rotary disc sander or random orbital sander. Stikit disc rolls make it easy to tear off a single disc, and save you time and money by eliminating a liner.

Our 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain is a ceramic mineral designed using a 3M proprietary process to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain. 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U products feature aluminum oxide blended with 3M ceramic grain for a harder, longer-lasting abrasive. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal as well as finishing, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic/aluminum oxide blend surpasses aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability and makes an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.

    Trusted 3M Stikit Model

The 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U is designed for easy use with its Stikit adhesive backing. This feature lets you quickly apply and remove discs from a compatible disc pad, saving time during sanding tasks.

These discs are perfect for users who want a reliable product from 3M, known for quality abrasives. The model 763U ensures consistent performance in various sanding jobs.

    Heavy F-Weight Backing

The discs come with a heavy F-weight paper backing that supports tough sanding jobs. This backing resists tears, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications where durability matters.

Thanks to this sturdy backing, the discs hold up well under pressure, whether you're working on wood, metal, or paint prep, ensuring longer-lasting use.

    Optimal Size And Format

Each disc measures 5 inches in diameter with a NH (non-hole) format, fitting a variety of rotary and random orbital sanders. This size is versatile for many sanding projects.

The roll format includes 100 discs per roll, making it convenient to tear off exactly what you need. This reduces waste and keeps your workspace organized.

    Durable Ceramic Blend

The abrasive surface features an 80 F-weight grade with a ceramic aluminum oxide blend. This mix self-sharpens quickly and offers exceptional durability for aggressive sanding.

This blend is perfect for heavy stock removal and paint stripping, providing a fast cut rate and lasting performance on both wood and metal surfaces.

    Cost-Effective Roll Packaging

Each case contains 4 rolls, with 100 discs per roll, offering a total of 400 discs. This bulk packaging reduces cost compared to buying individual discs.

Using rolls also eliminates liners, saving time and money while keeping your sanding supplies easy to manage and ready for use.
