    • Heavy F-weight paper backing supports heavy-duty sanding and resists tears
3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U discs provide the toughness, cut-rate, and flexibility required for aggressive woodworking, paint prep, and metal finishing applications, all with the convenience of a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that allows easy application to a 3M Stikit Disc Pad, as well as quick clean removal from the pad.

Our discs feature a mineral blend of aluminum oxide and 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain, a very tough synthetic mineral engineered to fracture frequently for a super fast cut. The combination of the ceramic/aluminum oxide mineral blend and heavy paper backing make this a top choice for aggressive sanding applications such as paint stripping or stock removal. This product can be used on both rotary and random orbital tools, for applications in metalworking and woodworking.

3M Stikit discs are high-quality, coated abrasive products with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside to allow easy application and removal. A Stikit disc must be pressed onto a backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a rotary disc sander or random orbital sander. Stikit disc rolls make it easy to tear off a single disc, and save you time and money by eliminating a liner.

Our 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain is a ceramic mineral designed using a 3M proprietary process to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain. 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U products feature aluminum oxide blended with 3M ceramic grain for a harder, longer-lasting abrasive. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal as well as finishing, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic/aluminum oxide blend surpasses aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability and makes an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.

    Trusted 3M Stikit Model

The 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 763U offers reliable performance with the trusted 3M brand. This model features the Stikit adhesive backing, making disc application and removal quick and easy for users.

Designed for convenience, the Stikit backing sticks firmly to a disc pad while allowing clean removal. This ensures smooth sanding sessions without wasting time on complicated setups.

    Heavy F-Weight Backing

This product uses a heavy F-weight paper backing that supports tough sanding jobs. The backing resists tears and holds up well during heavy-duty use, making it suitable for demanding tasks.

With this durable backing, the discs maintain their shape and effectiveness, even when used on rough surfaces or for extended periods, ensuring consistent results.

    Five Inch Disc Size

The discs measure 5 inches in diameter, a common size that fits many rotary and random orbital sanders. This size balances surface coverage and control for various sanding applications.

Users can rely on the 5-inch discs for detailed work or broader sanding tasks, making them versatile for woodworking, metal finishing, and paint preparation.

    Format: Roll Convenience

These discs come in rolls rather than individual sheets, offering convenience and cost savings. Each roll contains 100 discs, and the package includes 4 rolls per case.

Roll format allows users to tear off exactly what they need without liners, reducing waste and speeding up the sanding process in busy workshops.

    Grade NH 60 F-Weight

The discs are graded NH 60 F-weight, indicating a medium-coarse grit suitable for aggressive sanding and stock removal. This grade is ideal for prepping surfaces and finishing tasks.

Combining this grade with the ceramic aluminum oxide blend enhances cut rate and durability, making the discs effective for both woodworking and metalworking projects.
