3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 210U discs feature open coat aluminum oxide abrasive on a light A-weight paper backing suitable for lightweight sanding and finishing. Designed for convenience, the roll makes the discs easy to grab while eliminating the use of disc liners, and the handy adhesive backing provides quick and easy attachment.

Our 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll discs feature an open coat to help reduce loading and deliver for a longer service life. These discs are suitable for general sanding and finishing applications on a variety of substrates, including paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites, including fiberglass.

3M Stikit Discs are designed to handle a wide range of sanding and finishing needs. Our high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so they conveniently press on to the backup pad, and remove cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend that Stikit discs should be used in conjunction with a 3M Stikit Disc Pad (also called a Backup Pad and sold separately) that is attached to a random orbital sander.

Loading occurs when wood or paint dust clogs the surface of the disc and the abrasive points, which can quickly make the disc ineffective. Open coat construction means the abrasive grains are spaced so that dust and debris can collect in the spaces rather than loading the disc. Additionally, the open coat feature provides a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade, for faster results.

    Trusted 3M Stikit Model

The 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 210U offers reliable sanding performance with its trusted brand and model. This product features the 3M Stikit adhesive backing, which makes application and removal quick and easy, saving time during your projects.

Designed for convenience, the roll format eliminates the need to remove liners, allowing you to grab discs quickly. This model is perfect for users who want efficiency combined with the quality 3M is known for.

    Precise P320 A-weight Grade

These discs come in a P320 A-weight grade, ideal for lightweight sanding and finishing tasks. The A-weight light paper backing supports smooth sanding without being too aggressive, making it suitable for delicate surfaces.

Whether you're working on paint, primer, or wood, the P320 grade ensures consistent results. This grade balances cutting speed and finish quality, helping you achieve professional outcomes.

    Optimal 5 Inch Size

The discs measure 5 inches in diameter, fitting a wide range of sanding tools. This size is versatile enough for general sanding and finishing on various substrates, including metal, plastic, and composites.

With a 5-inch size, these discs are compatible with many random orbital sanders, making them a practical choice for both hobbyists and professionals. The size supports efficient surface coverage without sacrificing control.

    Efficient Roll Format

The product comes in a convenient roll format with 250 discs per roll, and 4 rolls per case. This packaging reduces waste and increases productivity by eliminating liners and making discs easy to access.

Having 1000 discs in total ensures you have plenty of abrasive material for extended projects. The roll design also helps keep your workspace organized and reduces downtime spent changing discs.

    Durable Aluminum Oxide

The discs use aluminum oxide mineral, known for durability and fast cutting performance. This abrasive works well on many surfaces, providing a longer service life and consistent sanding results.

Open coat construction minimizes dust buildup on the disc and workpiece, which helps maintain cutting efficiency. This feature also reduces loading, making the discs effective for sanding paint, wood, and fiberglass.
