3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 210U discs feature open coat aluminum oxide abrasive on a light A-weight paper backing suitable for lightweight sanding and finishing. Designed for convenience, the roll makes the discs easy to grab while eliminating the use of disc liners, and the handy adhesive backing provides quick and easy attachment.

Our 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll discs feature an open coat to help reduce loading and deliver for a longer service life. These discs are suitable for general sanding and finishing applications on a variety of substrates, including paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites, including fiberglass.

3M Stikit Discs are designed to handle a wide range of sanding and finishing needs. Our high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so they conveniently press on to the backup pad, and remove cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend that Stikit discs should be used in conjunction with a 3M Stikit Disc Pad (also called a Backup Pad and sold separately) that is attached to a random orbital sander.

Loading occurs when wood or paint dust clogs the surface of the disc and the abrasive points, which can quickly make the disc ineffective. Open coat construction means the abrasive grains are spaced so that dust and debris can collect in the spaces rather than loading the disc. Additionally, the open coat feature provides a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade, for faster results.

    3M Stikit Brand Model

The 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 210U offers reliable performance with its trusted brand and model. This product features the 3M Stikit adhesive backing, making application and removal quick and easy.

Designed for convenience, the roll format eliminates liners, so you can grab discs faster. The 210U model is ideal for various sanding tasks, ensuring consistent results every time.

    Five Inch Disc Size

Each disc measures 5 inches in diameter, providing ample surface area for efficient sanding. This size works well with many random orbital sanders, making it versatile for different projects.

The 5-inch discs are easy to handle and fit perfectly on compatible backup pads. Their size supports smooth sanding on wood, metal, plastic, and composite surfaces.

    P240 Grade A-weight Backing

The discs come with a P240 grade, offering fine sanding suitable for finishing tasks. The A-weight light paper backing supports lightweight sanding without sacrificing durability.

This combination ensures a smooth finish on paint, primer, and other surfaces. The backing also contributes to the disc’s flexibility and ease of use during detailed work.

    Roll Format Pack Count

This product includes 250 discs per roll, with 4 rolls in each case. The roll format means no liners to peel off, which speeds up your workflow and reduces waste.

Having 1000 discs in total ensures you have plenty of abrasive material for large jobs or extended use. The packaging keeps discs organized and ready for quick access.

    Open Coat Aluminum Oxide

The discs use open coat aluminum oxide mineral, which cuts fast and lasts longer. This open coat design helps minimize dust buildup on both the disc and workpiece.

By spacing abrasive grains, the discs reduce loading and maintain cutting efficiency. This makes them ideal for sanding wood, metal, fiberglass, and other materials effectively.
