3M Stikit Cloth Disc Roll 341D discs are adhesive-backed aluminum oxide discs designed for rough operations where a heavy cloth backing is needed, such as heavy stock removal on wood, metal, composites, and solid surface materials.

Our discs feature a heavy, X-weight cloth backing with a resin bond that prolongs disc life in high heat and high pressure applications, and fast-cutting aluminum oxide grain offers fast continuous cut and long-life performance on many substrates. The 3M Stikit backing presses onto the backup pad easily and comes off easily, making grade changes quick and easy.

We chose aluminum oxide, which is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

Our 3M Stikit discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to the disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. The disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. Stikit disc rolls offer the convenience of tearing off a disc and eliminate the need for a liner. A Stikit disc should be used in conjunction with a 3M Stikit backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    Reliable 3M Stikit Adhesive

The 3M Stikit Cloth Disc Roll 341D features the trusted 3M Stikit adhesive backing, allowing quick application and easy removal. This makes changing discs fast and hassle-free during your work.

With the adhesive backing, you can press the disc onto the backup pad like a sticker and peel it off cleanly. This system supports efficient workflow on sanding tools that use disc pads.

    Heavy X-Weight Backing

These discs come with a 60 X-weight cloth backing that stands up to tough jobs. The heavy cloth backing is designed to handle rough operations like heavy stock removal without tearing or wearing out quickly.

This backing is ideal for demanding sanding on wood, metal, composites, and solid surface materials, providing durability and consistent performance throughout the job.

    Fast Cutting Aluminum Oxide

The abrasive mineral used is tough aluminum oxide, known for its fast cutting and long life. This mineral self-fractures to expose fresh edges, keeping the disc effective longer than traditional abrasives.

Aluminum oxide works well on many substrates, including ferrous alloys, making these discs versatile for both woodworking and metalworking tasks.

    Disc Roll Format Convenience

The product comes as a roll of 100 discs, sized 5 inches by NH, allowing you to tear off exactly what you need. This eliminates the hassle of removing liners from individual discs and speeds up your prep time.

Each case includes 4 rolls, providing a large supply for continuous work without frequent reordering. The roll format is perfect for grab-and-go convenience on busy job sites.

    Durable Resin Bond Strength

The resin bond on these discs withstands high heat and pressure, extending disc life during heavy sanding operations. This strength ensures the discs hold up under demanding conditions without losing effectiveness.

Combined with the heavy cloth backing and aluminum oxide mineral, the resin bond helps maintain consistent cutting performance on tough materials.
