  • Product Description
    • 3M Roloc attachment system enables efficient and secure attachment and removal of the disc
    • A blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral self-sharpens and offers improved durability and cut-rate over aluminum oxide
    • Grinding aid reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium
    • Heat-resistant resin coating bonds abrasive to backing for durability under pressure, heat, and water
    • Polyester backing is extremely tough to support medium-pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications
3M Roloc Disc 777F features 3M-engineered high-performing ceramic abrasive grain blended with aluminum oxide for a combination of durability and cutting efficiency that increases productivity for both stock removal and finishing. The heavy, water-resistant polyester backing supports medium-pressure applications, a consistent cut-rate, and both wet and dry applications.

Our 3M Roloc Disc 777F is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. A grinding aid on the 777F disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys.

3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain is a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain. For increased performance, 3M Roloc Disc 777F products feature aluminum oxide mineral blended with 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain which is one of the hardest, longest-lasting minerals available. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends surpass aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability making them an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.

3M Roloc Disc 777F is available for use with the following Roloc attachment systems: TSM, TR, TP and TS. Please select discs with the attachment design made for your system.

    Trusted 3M Roloc Disc

The 3M Roloc Disc 777F, TR, 2 in x NH, P120 YF-weight, 50/Carton, 200 ea/Case is designed for reliable performance. This model features the 3M Roloc attachment system, which allows quick and secure disc changes, saving time during work.

Its unique design supports efficient grinding and finishing tasks. The P120 YF-weight grade ensures a balance of cutting power and surface finish, making it suitable for various applications.

    Durable Ceramic Aluminum Oxide

This disc blends ceramic and aluminum oxide minerals, offering improved durability and a higher cut-rate than standard aluminum oxide abrasives. The ceramic grain enhances toughness, making the disc last longer under heavy use.

Ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal, this combination helps maintain productivity by cutting fast and handling intense heat and stress during grinding.

    Heat-Resistant Resin Coating

The 3M Roloc Disc 777F uses a heat-resistant resin coating that bonds the abrasive to the backing. This coating ensures the disc withstands pressure, heat, and water exposure without losing performance.

This feature is especially useful in demanding environments where discs face high temperatures and wet or dry conditions, maintaining consistent results throughout use.

    Strong Polyester Backing

The disc’s backing is made from tough polyester, designed to support medium-pressure applications. This backing maintains consistent performance whether used wet or dry, adding to the disc’s versatility.

Its heavy, water-resistant nature helps the disc endure rigorous tasks, making it suitable for both stock removal and finishing jobs across different materials.

    Convenient Size And Packaging

Measuring 2 inches in diameter with a NH arbor size, this disc fits various Roloc attachment systems including TR, TSM, TP, and TS. This flexibility allows users to select the right disc for their tool setup.

It comes in a pack of 50 discs per carton and 200 discs per case, providing ample supply for ongoing projects and reducing the need for frequent reordering.
