  • Product Description
    • 3M Roloc attachment system enables efficient and secure attachment and removal of the disc
    • A blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral self-sharpens and offers improved durability and cut-rate over aluminum oxide
    • Grinding aid reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium
    • Heat-resistant resin coating bonds abrasive to backing for durability under pressure, heat, and water
    • Polyester backing is extremely tough to support medium-pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications
3M Roloc Disc 777F features 3M-engineered high-performing ceramic abrasive grain blended with aluminum oxide for a combination of durability and cutting efficiency that increases productivity for both stock removal and finishing. The heavy, water-resistant polyester backing supports medium-pressure applications, a consistent cut-rate, and both wet and dry applications.

Our 3M Roloc Disc 777F is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. A grinding aid on the 777F disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys.

3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain is a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain. For increased performance, 3M Roloc Disc 777F products feature aluminum oxide mineral blended with 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain which is one of the hardest, longest-lasting minerals available. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends surpass aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability making them an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.

3M Roloc Disc 777F is available for use with the following Roloc attachment systems: TSM, TR, TP and TS. Please select discs with the attachment design made for your system.

    Trusted 3M Roloc Model

The 3M Roloc Disc 777F is designed for reliable performance with the trusted 3M brand backing it. This model features the P100 YF-weight grade, ensuring a consistent and effective abrasive action for various grinding tasks.

Its unique blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide minerals enhances durability and cutting efficiency. The 777F model is perfect for users seeking a balance of toughness and precision in their abrasive discs.

    Durable Backing Material

This disc uses a heavy, water-resistant polyester backing that supports medium-pressure applications. The backing is extremely tough, maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry conditions.

Such durability means the 2-inch disc can handle demanding grinding jobs without compromising on stability or wear resistance, making it suitable for various industrial environments.

    Efficient Attachment System

The 3M Roloc attachment system allows for quick and secure disc changes, improving workflow efficiency. This disc is compatible with TSM, TR, TP, and TS Roloc systems, giving users flexibility in their tool setups.

With the Die RS200PM format, the disc fits perfectly on tools designed for this attachment, ensuring a firm hold during operation and reducing downtime caused by disc changes.

    Optimal Size And Format

Measuring 2 inches in diameter, this disc size is ideal for precision grinding and finishing tasks. The compact size allows for better control and access to tight spaces during work.

Packaged in cartons of 50 discs and cases of 200, it offers convenient bulk purchasing options for businesses needing consistent supply and minimizing frequent reordering.

    High-Performance Grinding Aid

The grinding aid incorporated in the 777F disc reduces heat buildup during use, protecting heat-sensitive alloys like stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. This feature extends the life of both the disc and the workpiece.

Combined with a heat-resistant resin coating, the disc maintains abrasive bond strength under pressure, heat, and water exposure, ensuring reliable performance in tough grinding conditions.
