Product Description
- 3M Roloc attachment system enables efficient and secure attachment and removal of the disc
- A blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral self-sharpens and offers improved durability and cut-rate over aluminum oxide
- Grinding aid reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium
- Heat-resistant resin coating bonds abrasive to backing for durability under pressure, heat, and water
- Polyester backing is extremely tough to support medium-pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications
Our 3M Roloc Disc 777F is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. A grinding aid on the 777F disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys.
3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain is a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain. For increased performance, 3M Roloc Disc 777F products feature aluminum oxide mineral blended with 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain which is one of the hardest, longest-lasting minerals available. Perfect for moderate to heavy stock removal, ceramic abrasives are engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends surpass aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability making them an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.
3M Roloc Disc 777F is available for use with the following Roloc attachment systems: TSM, TR, TP and TS. Please select discs with the attachment design made for your system.
3M Roloc Disc Model
The 3M Roloc Disc 777F is designed for efficient and secure attachment using the 3M Roloc system. This model ensures quick disc changes, saving time during grinding tasks while maintaining a firm hold.
Its compatibility with various Roloc attachment systems like TSM, TR, TP, and TS makes it versatile for different tools. The 777F model is engineered for durability and consistent performance in demanding environments.
Durable Grade And Weight
The disc features an 80 YF-weight grade, blending ceramic and aluminum oxide minerals. This combination self-sharpens and offers improved durability compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives.
This grade is ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal, providing a fast cut rate and lasting longer under intense heat and pressure. It’s especially suited for tough grinding applications.
Backing And Size Details
With a 4-inch diameter and a heavy polyester backing, this disc supports medium-pressure applications. The backing is tough enough to maintain consistent performance in both wet and dry conditions.
The water-resistant backing also helps the disc withstand heat and pressure, making it reliable for various grinding tasks. Its size and backing ensure stability and durability during use.
Format And Attachment System
This product uses the TR format in the Roloc attachment system, allowing for quick and secure disc changes. The format is designed to fit specific tools, enhancing ease of use and safety.
Users should select discs with the attachment design matching their system, such as TSM, TR, TP, or TS. This ensures compatibility and optimal performance during grinding operations.
Packaging And Case Count
The 3M Roloc Disc 777F comes in a pack of 25 discs per carton, with 100 discs per case. This packaging supports bulk purchasing for extended use and reduces the need for frequent reordering.
Having a large case count is convenient for workshops and industrial settings where consistent supply is necessary. It helps maintain productivity without interruptions.
