3M Roloc Disc 361F offers a quick-change attachment and provides durability and high performance for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on all metals. Fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grains are bonded to the heavyweight cloth backing with durable, heat-resistant resin that supports both wet and dry applications.

We used aluminum oxide abrasive, which is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

Heat-resistant resin is a sturdy binding agent that adheres the abrasive to the backing and maintains the stability of the bond even in conditions of high heat or pressure. Cloth-backed discs are known for their durability and flexibility. They're a good first choice when working with metal or for heavy wood stock removal.

3M Roloc Disc 361F is available for use with the following Roloc attachment systems: TSM, TR, TP and TS. Please select discs with the attachment design made for your system.

    Trusted 3M Roloc Model

The 3M Roloc Disc 361F is designed for quick and secure attachment with the 3M Roloc system. This model ensures efficient installation and removal, saving time during tool changes.

Its compatibility with the Roloc attachment system makes it ideal for professionals who need reliable performance. The 361F model supports various applications with ease and precision.

    Durable YF-weight Backing

This disc features a tough YF-weight polyester backing that supports medium-pressure applications. The backing provides consistent performance and durability during demanding tasks.

The 3-inch size fits well for detailed work, and the heavyweight backing helps maintain stability. This makes it suitable for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on all metals.

    Fast-Cut Aluminum Oxide

Equipped with 80 grade aluminum oxide abrasive grains, the disc cuts fast and lasts longer. This abrasive self-fractures to expose fresh edges, maintaining cutting efficiency over time.

Aluminum oxide is widely used in metalworking and woodworking, especially for ferrous alloys. The fast cut-rate and strength make it a preferred choice for industrial professionals.

    Heat-Resistant Resin Coating

The disc uses a heat-resistant resin coating to bond abrasive grains to the backing. This coating maintains durability under pressure, heat, and water exposure, extending the disc’s life.

This feature allows the disc to perform well in both wet and dry applications. It ensures stable abrasive adhesion even during heavy-duty grinding and finishing tasks.

    Convenient Pack Size Options

Available in packs of 50 per carton and 200 per case, the 3M Roloc Disc 361F offers flexibility for different project scales. This makes stocking and usage more convenient for businesses.

The 3-inch disc size and Die RS300VM format fit various Roloc attachment systems including TSM, TR, TP, and TS. Users should select the disc matching their specific system for best results.
