    Economical Features, Reliable Results
The 3M™ Stikit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U delivers reliable performance on collision repair substrates, yet remains an economical choice for collision repair operations. Choose aluminum oxide mineral abrasive in grades up to P800 for most body and paint sanding applications. Red Abrasive Discs are available with D-weight paper backing in 40 to P80 grade abrasives for aggressive shaping of plastic filler or paint removal around damaged areas.

Aluminum Oxide Provides Performance and Savings
3M's durable, reliable and economical mineral abrasive saves material costs while delivering dependable results in collision repair. Aluminum oxide is popular among collision repair professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral is suitable for a wide variety of metalworking materials including ferrous alloys.

    Our Stikit™ Attachment System
3M™ Stikit™ discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. A Stikit™ disc should be used with a 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander. Stikit™ discs are available as disc rolls: multiple adhesive-backed discs rolled around a core and tear off conveniently one at a time, eliminating the need for liners for added cost savings.

A Comprehensive Range of Economical Sanding Discs
The 3M™ Hookit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U carries our Red designation which indicates an economical option in an abrasive disc. From its abrasive to its adhesive-backed attachment, this disc delivers durability and reliability across your entire collision repair operation.

    Trusted 3M Brand Quality

The 3M Red Abrasive Stikit Disc, model 01114, is designed to deliver consistent results. This product carries the trusted 3M brand name, known for quality and reliability in abrasive solutions.

    Precise P120 Grade Abrasive

This abrasive disc features a P120 grade, ideal for medium sanding tasks. The grade ensures a balance between material removal and surface finish, suitable for various applications.

Users can rely on this grade for tasks like filler shaping and paint preparation, benefiting from the consistent cut rate that P120 provides on different surfaces.

    Durable 6 Inch Size

The discs come in a 6 inch diameter, a common size that fits many random orbital sanders. This size offers good coverage and control during sanding operations.

Its dimension makes it versatile for both broad surface work and more detailed sanding, supporting a wide range of collision repair and finishing jobs.

    Efficient Roll Format

Each roll contains 100 discs, and the product includes 6 rolls per case. This format helps reduce downtime by providing a large quantity of discs ready for use.

The roll design with adhesive backing allows for easy tear-off and quick application, minimizing waste and improving workflow efficiency on the job.

    Reliable Paper Backing

The discs use A- or D-weight paper backing, chosen for durability and performance. This backing supports the aluminum oxide abrasive for dependable sanding results.

Depending on the grade, the backing ensures the disc holds up well during use, providing consistent pressure distribution and long-lasting performance.
