    Economical Features, Reliable Results
The 3M™ Stikit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U delivers reliable performance on collision repair substrates, yet remains an economical choice for collision repair operations. Choose aluminum oxide mineral abrasive in grades up to P800 for most body and paint sanding applications. Red Abrasive Discs are available with D-weight paper backing in 40 to P80 grade abrasives for aggressive shaping of plastic filler or paint removal around damaged areas.

Aluminum Oxide Provides Performance and Savings
3M's durable, reliable and economical mineral abrasive saves material costs while delivering dependable results in collision repair. Aluminum oxide is popular among collision repair professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral is suitable for a wide variety of metalworking materials including ferrous alloys.

    Our Stikit™ Attachment System
3M™ Stikit™ discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. A Stikit™ disc should be used with a 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander. Stikit™ discs are available as disc rolls: multiple adhesive-backed discs rolled around a core and tear off conveniently one at a time, eliminating the need for liners for added cost savings.

A Comprehensive Range of Economical Sanding Discs
The 3M™ Hookit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U carries our Red designation which indicates an economical option in an abrasive disc. From its abrasive to its adhesive-backed attachment, this disc delivers durability and reliability across your entire collision repair operation.

    Trusted 3M Stikit Model

The 3M Red Abrasive Stikit Disc, model 01110, is designed for reliable sanding performance. This brand and model are well-known for quality in collision repair and finishing tasks.

Featuring the Stikit attachment system, these discs stick firmly to backup pads for fast, efficient changes. The model 01110 ensures you get consistent results every time you work.

    Precise P240 Grade Abrasive

These discs come with a P240 grade abrasive, ideal for fine sanding and finishing. The grade ensures smooth results on filler shaping, paint prep, and featheredging tasks.

Using the P240 grade helps achieve a balance between material removal and surface finish, making it suitable for detailed collision repair work.

    Durable 6 Inch Size

The discs measure 6 inches in diameter, a common size that fits many random orbital sanders. This size offers good coverage and control during sanding operations.

With the 6-inch dimension, these discs are versatile enough for both broad surface sanding and more precise edge work, enhancing your workflow efficiency.

    Reliable Paper Backing Types

The discs use A- or D-weight paper backing, chosen for their durability and suitability for specific sanding needs. This backing supports the aluminum oxide abrasive for dependable results.

A-weight backing is typically used for finer grades, while D-weight backing suits more aggressive sanding, matching the needs of various body and paint repair tasks.

    Convenient Roll Packaging

Each roll contains 100 discs, and there are 6 rolls per case, making a total of 600 discs. This packaging format reduces downtime by allowing quick tear-off of adhesive-backed discs.

The roll format with Stikit adhesive discs eliminates liners, saving costs and speeding up disc changes during busy collision repair operations.
