    Economical Features, Reliable Results
The 3M™ Stikit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U delivers reliable performance on collision repair substrates, yet remains an economical choice for collision repair operations. Choose aluminum oxide mineral abrasive in grades up to P800 for most body and paint sanding applications. Red Abrasive Discs are available with D-weight paper backing in 40 to P80 grade abrasives for aggressive shaping of plastic filler or paint removal around damaged areas.

Aluminum Oxide Provides Performance and Savings
3M's durable, reliable and economical mineral abrasive saves material costs while delivering dependable results in collision repair. Aluminum oxide is popular among collision repair professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral is suitable for a wide variety of metalworking materials including ferrous alloys.

    Our Stikit™ Attachment System
3M™ Stikit™ discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. A Stikit™ disc should be used with a 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander. Stikit™ discs are available as disc rolls: multiple adhesive-backed discs rolled around a core and tear off conveniently one at a time, eliminating the need for liners for added cost savings.

A Comprehensive Range of Economical Sanding Discs
The 3M™ Hookit™ Red Abrasive Disc 316U carries our Red designation which indicates an economical option in an abrasive disc. From its abrasive to its adhesive-backed attachment, this disc delivers durability and reliability across your entire collision repair operation.

    Trusted 3M Red Model

The 3M Red Abrasive Stikit Disc, model 01107, is designed for dependable sanding performance. This brand and model are well-known for quality in collision repair and metalworking tasks.

With its Stikit attachment system, this disc offers fast and easy changes, making it a practical choice for professionals who need reliable results without downtime.

    Precise P500 Grade Abrasive

This abrasive disc features a P500 grade, providing a fine sanding finish suitable for paint prep and filler shaping. The grade ensures smooth results on various surfaces.

Using the P500 grade helps achieve consistent finishes, especially important in body and paint sanding applications where surface quality matters.

    Durable 6 Inch Size

The disc measures 6 inches in diameter, a common size that fits many random orbital sanders. This size balances coverage and control for efficient sanding.

Its 6-inch dimension makes it versatile for both broad surface work and more detailed sanding tasks, enhancing productivity on the job.

    Efficient Roll Format

Each roll contains 100 discs, and the product comes with 6 rolls per case. This format reduces waste and simplifies inventory management for busy workshops.

The roll design with adhesive backing allows quick tear-off of individual discs, speeding up the sanding process and minimizing downtime during projects.

    Reliable Paper Backing

The discs use A- or D-weight paper backing, chosen for durability and performance depending on the sanding grade. This backing supports consistent abrasive action.

Paper backing ensures the discs hold up well during use, especially in demanding tasks like paint removal and plastic filler shaping, extending disc life.
