3M Hookit Film Disc 375L delivers outstanding tear resistance, flexibility, and a consistent, uniform finish on a variety of substrates. Premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain offers a fast cut-rate and extended product life for greater productivity.

Durable film construction provides the tear resistance needed for the use of coarse grades in high-production metalworking environments, particularly where edge wear is a concern.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is suitable for a variety of applications. When the goal is a superior wood finish, the 375L film disc in medium grades conforms well to the contours and rounded edges of challenging work surfaces to deliver a superior finish. Woodworking applications are further enhanced by a load-resistant coating and open coat construction, which reduce clogging and extend the life of the abrasive. For pre- and post-paint finishing, versatility is key, and the 375L film disc in fine grades is designed to deliver a superb uniform finish on plastics and clear coat technologies commonly used in the transportation industry.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is designed for use with a random orbital sander and the 3M Hookit backup pad (sold separately). It comes in a range of grades for various applications from rough sanding to very fine finishing.

Hook-and-loop style 3M Hookit discs are ideal for work spaces where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or flying debris. They are often used in applications where a 3M Stikit disc may be too aggressive, as Hookit discs tend to leave finer finishes than adhesive backed discs. Hookit sanding discs conveniently and firmly attach to a hook-and-loop backup disc pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander, can be removed cleanly and easily, and can be re-used again and again for the extent of the abrasive life. Hookit discs provide optimal performance when paired with a 3M Hookit disc pad.

Film-backed discs have excellent tear-resistant properties and provide a very uniform finish and consistent results with each use. This makes them an excellent option when working on paint, e-coats, primers, gel coats, glass, acrylics and solid surface material, wood topcoats and anywhere else a perfect finish is needed.

Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

    Trusted 3M Hookit Model

The 3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is designed for easy changing and reuse, maximizing the disc’s life. This model features a hook-and-loop system that attaches firmly to backup pads, making it ideal for repeated use without adhesive residue.

Its durable film backing resists tearing and provides a consistent finish. The 375L model is perfect for users needing reliable performance in sanding tasks, especially when paired with 3M Hookit backup pads.

    Precise P220 Grade Performance

This disc comes in the P220 grade, offering a balance between aggressive cutting and fine finishing. The P220 abrasive grade is suitable for medium sanding tasks, providing a smooth finish on various surfaces.

Users can expect excellent results on contoured surfaces, as the P220 grade combined with the film backing conforms well to curves and edges, enhancing the quality of wood and metal finishes.

    Optimal 6 Inch Size

The 6 inch diameter of the disc fits standard random orbital sanders, making it versatile for many sanding applications. This size is convenient for both broad surface areas and more detailed work.

Its 6 inch format ensures compatibility with common sanding tools, allowing users to achieve uniform sanding results efficiently across different projects.

    Reliable Film Disc Format

The film disc format offers tear resistance and flexibility, which helps maintain a uniform finish throughout the sanding process. This format is especially useful for high-production environments where durability is key.

Film backing also supports open coat construction, reducing clogging and extending disc life. This makes the 375L film disc a strong choice for sanding wood, metal, and painted surfaces.

    Convenient 50 Per Carton

Each carton contains 50 discs, providing ample supply for ongoing projects or professional use. This pack size supports efficient workflow without frequent reordering.

With 250 discs per case, users can stock up for larger operations. The pack count ensures that the 3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is ready for both small jobs and extensive sanding tasks.
