3M Hookit Film Disc 375L delivers outstanding tear resistance, flexibility, and a consistent, uniform finish on a variety of substrates. Premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain offers a fast cut-rate and extended product life for greater productivity.

Durable film construction provides the tear resistance needed for the use of coarse grades in high-production metalworking environments, particularly where edge wear is a concern.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is suitable for a variety of applications. When the goal is a superior wood finish, the 375L film disc in medium grades conforms well to the contours and rounded edges of challenging work surfaces to deliver a superior finish. Woodworking applications are further enhanced by a load-resistant coating and open coat construction, which reduce clogging and extend the life of the abrasive. For pre- and post-paint finishing, versatility is key, and the 375L film disc in fine grades is designed to deliver a superb uniform finish on plastics and clear coat technologies commonly used in the transportation industry.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is designed for use with a random orbital sander and the 3M Hookit backup pad (sold separately). It comes in a range of grades for various applications from rough sanding to very fine finishing.

Hook-and-loop style 3M Hookit discs are ideal for work spaces where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or flying debris. They are often used in applications where a 3M Stikit disc may be too aggressive, as Hookit discs tend to leave finer finishes than adhesive backed discs. Hookit sanding discs conveniently and firmly attach to a hook-and-loop backup disc pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander, can be removed cleanly and easily, and can be re-used again and again for the extent of the abrasive life. Hookit discs provide optimal performance when paired with a 3M Hookit disc pad.

Film-backed discs have excellent tear-resistant properties and provide a very uniform finish and consistent results with each use. This makes them an excellent option when working on paint, e-coats, primers, gel coats, glass, acrylics and solid surface material, wood topcoats and anywhere else a perfect finish is needed.

Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

    Reliable 3M Hookit Model

The 3M Hookit Film Disc 375L offers a dependable sanding solution with its well-known brand and model. This disc is designed for easy changing and reusing, which helps you get the most out of each disc during your projects.

Its hook-and-loop system works perfectly with a 3M Hookit backup pad, making it ideal for random orbital sanders. This setup ensures a secure fit and smooth operation for various sanding tasks.

    Precise P1200 Grade Finish

Featuring a P1200 grade, this disc provides a fine abrasive level that’s perfect for detailed finishing work. The grade ensures a consistent and uniform finish, especially on plastics and clear coat surfaces.

Such precision makes it suitable for pre- and post-paint finishing, helping you achieve a smooth, professional look on transportation parts and other delicate materials.

    Optimal 5 Inch Size

With a 5 inch diameter, this sanding disc fits a wide range of random orbital sanders. This size balances coverage and control, allowing you to work efficiently on both flat and contoured surfaces.

The 5 in x NH dimension also supports versatility, making it a great choice for woodworking, metalworking, and finishing tasks where precision and ease of handling matter.

    Convenient Die 500X Format

The Die 500X format means these discs are pre-cut for quick use, saving time during setup. This format is compatible with many sanding systems, ensuring you can switch discs without hassle.

It’s especially useful in high-production environments where speed and consistency are important, helping maintain workflow without frequent interruptions.

    Bulk 50 Per Carton

Each carton contains 50 discs, providing a reliable supply for ongoing projects. This pack size supports both professional shops and serious DIYers who need multiple discs on hand.

With 250 discs per case, you can stock up for extended use, reducing the need for frequent reordering and ensuring you always have the right abrasive ready.
