3M Hookit Film Disc 375L delivers outstanding tear resistance, flexibility, and a consistent, uniform finish on a variety of substrates. Premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain offers a fast cut-rate and extended product life for greater productivity.

Durable film construction provides the tear resistance needed for the use of coarse grades in high-production metalworking environments, particularly where edge wear is a concern.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is suitable for a variety of applications. When the goal is a superior wood finish, the 375L film disc in medium grades conforms well to the contours and rounded edges of challenging work surfaces to deliver a superior finish. Woodworking applications are further enhanced by a load-resistant coating and open coat construction, which reduce clogging and extend the life of the abrasive. For pre- and post-paint finishing, versatility is key, and the 375L film disc in fine grades is designed to deliver a superb uniform finish on plastics and clear coat technologies commonly used in the transportation industry.

3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is designed for use with a random orbital sander and the 3M Hookit backup pad (sold separately). It comes in a range of grades for various applications from rough sanding to very fine finishing.

Hook-and-loop style 3M Hookit discs are ideal for work spaces where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or flying debris. They are often used in applications where a 3M Stikit disc may be too aggressive, as Hookit discs tend to leave finer finishes than adhesive backed discs. Hookit sanding discs conveniently and firmly attach to a hook-and-loop backup disc pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander, can be removed cleanly and easily, and can be re-used again and again for the extent of the abrasive life. Hookit discs provide optimal performance when paired with a 3M Hookit disc pad.

Film-backed discs have excellent tear-resistant properties and provide a very uniform finish and consistent results with each use. This makes them an excellent option when working on paint, e-coats, primers, gel coats, glass, acrylics and solid surface material, wood topcoats and anywhere else a perfect finish is needed.

Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

    3M Hookit Film Disc

The 3M Hookit Film Disc 375L is designed for easy changing and reusing, which helps you get the most out of each disc. This model features a durable film backing that resists tearing and ensures a consistent finish every time.

Its tear-resistant film construction makes it ideal for high-production metalworking environments. The 375L model is known for flexibility and uniform results across various substrates, making it a reliable choice for professionals.

    Premium Grade P120 Abrasive

This disc uses a P120 3MIL grade, offering a balance between cutting speed and finish quality. The premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain delivers a fast cut rate and long life, which is essential for productivity.

Thanks to its open coat construction and load-resistant coating, the disc resists clogging from dust and debris. This makes it suitable for sanding wood, metal, and plastics with consistent performance.

    Five Inch Size Format

The 5 inch diameter size fits perfectly with random orbital sanders, providing good control and coverage. This size is versatile enough for both rough sanding and fine finishing tasks.

Its compatibility with the 3M Hookit backup pad (sold separately) ensures a secure attachment and easy removal. This size and format combination supports a wide range of applications.

    Hookit System Convenience

The Hook-and-loop style system allows the disc to attach firmly to a backup pad and be removed cleanly. This system reduces downtime by making disc changes quick and hassle-free.

Hookit discs tend to leave finer finishes compared to adhesive-backed discs, making them ideal for workspaces where dust or debris could contaminate adhesive surfaces. The 375L model supports repeated use throughout its abrasive life.

    Bulk Pack Count Benefits

This product comes in a pack of 50 discs per carton and 250 discs per case, providing excellent value for high-volume users. Having a large quantity on hand reduces the need for frequent reordering.

Bulk packaging suits industrial or professional settings where consistent supply is critical. The 3M Hookit Film Disc 375L pack size supports continuous workflow without interruption.
