    Firm Attachment
This double-sided pad attaches to the Hookit™ skirt on our 3M™ 3125 nib sander with a brushed nylon loop. The pad has a blue vinyl face with a white nylon loop on the back to hold the 1-1/4" PSA backed 3M 466LA abrasive discs. The small, 1¼" diameter head size of the 3125 sander can help you see the exact point to sand, and produces a smaller area to buff out than conventional tools.

    3M Finesse-it Model

The 3M Finesse-it PSA Soft Pad 3125P is designed for precision and ease of use. This exact model offers a 1-1/4 inch diameter, making it ideal for detailed sanding and buffing tasks.

Its compatibility with Hookit attachments on orbital sanders allows quick changes between back-up pads, saving time and improving work quality. The 3125P model is a trusted choice for professionals needing reliable performance.

    Soft Pad Diameter Size

The pad’s 1-1/4 inch diameter provides a small, manageable surface area for sanding. This size helps users target exact points and buff smaller areas more effectively than larger tools.

Such a compact diameter is perfect for working on curves and tight spots, ensuring smooth finishes without over-sanding. It fits well with PSA abrasive discs designed for detailed refinishing work.

    PSA Attachment Format

This soft pad uses PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) backing, which allows easy attachment and removal of abrasive discs. The PSA format ensures discs stay firmly in place during use.

Using PSA-backed 3M 466LA abrasive discs, the pad supports efficient sanding and polishing. This format is compatible with various power tools, including nib and orbital sanders, enhancing versatility.

    Pack Count Convenience

The product comes in packs of 10 pads per bag and 20 bags per case, providing ample supply for ongoing projects. This pack size supports both small shops and larger operations needing consistent stock.

Having 200 pads per case reduces downtime by ensuring replacements are always available. It’s a practical choice for professionals who require reliable and continuous sanding performance.

    Firm Foam Support

The soft pad features a firm foam design that supports leveling off defects while sanding. This balance between firmness and flexibility helps achieve smooth, even surfaces.

Its hard attachment allows careful sanding, while the flexible soft pad adapts to curves. Rated for speeds up to 10,000 opm and 7,500 rpm, it performs well under demanding conditions.
