3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc Roll 732U features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives.

These discs are ideal for a broad range of applications focused primarily on stock removal, and are effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The C-weight paper backing is well suited for sanding applications where edge retention is not a primary requirement. For best results, pair with 3M Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

The 3M Stikit system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. And because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit disc must be pressed onto a Stikit backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    3M Cubitron II Brand

The 3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc Roll 732U is a trusted choice for professionals needing reliable abrasive discs. This model features the 3M Stikit system, which makes changing discs fast and easy, saving time on the job.

With the Stikit attachment, discs stick securely to the backup pad and peel off cleanly, ensuring smooth transitions between sanding tasks. This brand and model are designed for efficiency and convenience in demanding work environments.

    High Grade C-weight Backing

This product uses a 220+ C-weight paper backing, which balances durability and flexibility. The C-weight backing is ideal for sanding applications where edge retention is not the primary focus but consistent performance is required.

Such backing supports effective stock removal on various substrates, making it suitable for metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The grade ensures the discs maintain their shape during use for reliable results.

    Disc Size And Format

The discs measure 5 inches in diameter and come in a roll format with NH (non-hole) design. This size fits many standard disc sanders and random orbital sanders, providing versatility for different sanding tools.

Roll format means you get 100 discs per roll, eliminating the hassle of removing liners from individual discs. This setup is perfect for high-volume sanding jobs where efficiency matters.

    Fast Cutting Performance

These discs cut up to twice as fast as conventional abrasives thanks to 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology. The triangular ceramic grains slice through material cleanly, reducing sanding time significantly.

They’re designed primarily for stock removal across a wide variety of substrates, making them a solid choice for professionals who need quick, effective sanding on metals and composites.

    Bulk Pack Convenience

The product comes in a pack of 4 rolls, each containing 100 discs, totaling 400 discs per case. This bulk packaging supports continuous work without frequent reordering or downtime.

Having multiple rolls on hand is ideal for busy workshops or production environments where maintaining a steady supply of abrasive discs is critical for productivity.
