3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc Roll 732U features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives.

These discs are ideal for a broad range of applications focused primarily on stock removal, and are effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The C-weight paper backing is well suited for sanding applications where edge retention is not a primary requirement. For best results, pair with 3M Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

The 3M Stikit system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. And because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit disc must be pressed onto a Stikit backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    3M Cubitron II Model

The 3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc Roll 732U is designed for fast and easy disc changes thanks to the Stikit attachment system. This model stands out for its convenience and efficiency in abrasive applications.

Its Stikit system allows discs to be pressed onto a backup pad without adhesive application, speeding up your workflow. The model 732U is part of a trusted brand known for quality and performance in abrasive products.

    High C-Weight Paper Backing

This product features a 180+ C-weight paper backing, which is ideal for sanding tasks where edge retention is not critical. The sturdy backing supports effective stock removal across various materials.

The C-weight backing balances durability and flexibility, making it suitable for metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. It ensures consistent performance throughout the sanding process.

    Disc Dimensions And Format

The discs measure 5 inches in diameter and come in a roll format with a NH die 500X cut. This size fits many standard disc sanders and random orbital sanders, making it versatile for different tools.

Roll format eliminates the hassle of handling individual discs, allowing you to cut the exact length needed. This format supports efficient use and reduces waste during sanding projects.

    Fast Cutting And Longevity

These discs cut up to twice as fast as conventional abrasives, thanks to the 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology. This feature helps you complete jobs quicker without sacrificing quality.

Additionally, the discs last up to four times longer than traditional abrasives, reducing the frequency of replacements. This durability makes them cost-effective for heavy-duty stock removal tasks.

    Pack Size And Convenience

The product comes as 100 discs per roll, with 4 rolls per case, providing a total of 400 discs. This pack size is ideal for professionals needing a reliable supply for ongoing projects.

Having multiple rolls in a case ensures you have enough discs on hand, minimizing downtime. The roll format also simplifies storage and handling compared to loose discs.
