  • Product Description
    • 3M Stikit attachment makes changing discs fast and easy
    • Cuts up to 2x as fast as conventional abrasives
    • Ideal for a wide variety of substrates and applications focused primarily on stock removal
    • Lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives
    • Revolutionary 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology provides fast cut and long life
3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc 732U features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives.

Outstanding Stock Removal on a Range of Substrates
These discs are ideal for a broad range of applications focused primarily on stock removal, and are effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The C-weight paper backing is well suited for sanding applications where edge retention is not a primary requirement. For best results, pair with 3M™ Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

The Productivity Advantage of 3M™ Stikit™ Discs
Our 3M™ Stikit™ system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. And because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit™ disc must be pressed onto a Stikit™ backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    3M Cubitron II Model

The 3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc 732U is designed for fast and easy disc changes thanks to its Stikit attachment. This model stands out by combining convenience with high performance, making it a reliable choice for professionals.

Its unique Stikit system allows you to quickly attach and remove discs from compatible pads, saving time during sanding tasks. The model 732U is part of a trusted product line known for quality and efficiency.

    220+ C-Weight Backing

This disc features a 220+ C-weight paper backing, which is ideal for applications where edge retention is not critical. The backing provides a sturdy base that supports effective sanding on various surfaces.

Using this C-weight backing, the disc performs well on metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood, offering versatility across many stock removal tasks. It balances durability with flexibility for smooth operation.

    Five Inch Size Format

The 3M Cubitron II disc comes in a 5 inch diameter, making it compatible with many standard sanding tools. This size is practical for detailed work and larger surface areas alike.

Its 5 inch size fits well with 3M Elite Random Orbital Sanders and other disc sanders, ensuring you can use it in a variety of setups. The size supports efficient sanding without sacrificing control.

    NH Linered With Tab

The disc includes an NH linered backing with a tab for easy handling and removal. This feature helps maintain the disc’s integrity and simplifies replacement during work.

Having a linered backing reduces mess and protects the adhesive surface, while the tab allows quick peeling off from the disc pad. This design enhances user convenience and keeps your workspace cleaner.

    Pack Count Fifty Carton

Each case contains 250 discs, organized in cartons of 50. This pack size supports continuous work without frequent reordering, ideal for busy workshops or production environments.

Buying in bulk ensures you have enough supply for extended projects, reducing downtime. The packaging also helps keep discs organized and protected until use.
