  • Product Description
    • 3M Stikit attachment makes changing discs fast and easy
    • Cuts up to 2x as fast as conventional abrasives
    • Ideal for a wide variety of substrates and applications focused primarily on stock removal
    • Lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives
    • Revolutionary 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology provides fast cut and long life
3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc 732U features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 4x as long as conventional abrasives.

Outstanding Stock Removal on a Range of Substrates
These discs are ideal for a broad range of applications focused primarily on stock removal, and are effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The C-weight paper backing is well suited for sanding applications where edge retention is not a primary requirement. For best results, pair with 3M™ Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

The Productivity Advantage of 3M™ Stikit™ Discs
Our 3M™ Stikit™ system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. And because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit™ disc must be pressed onto a Stikit™ backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    Trusted 3M Cubitron II

The 3M Cubitron II Stikit Paper Disc 732U is designed for fast and easy disc changes thanks to the 3M Stikit attachment. This system simplifies your workflow by letting you quickly press the disc onto the backing without adhesive mess.

With the exact model 732U, this product ensures consistent performance and reliability. The Stikit system works with compatible disc pads, making it a practical choice for professionals who value efficiency.

    High Grade C-weight Backing

This disc features a 120+ C-weight paper backing, which is ideal for sanding tasks where edge retention is not critical. The backing supports effective stock removal on various materials without compromising durability.

The C-weight backing pairs well with the 6 inch x NH size, providing a balanced surface for sanding metals, composites, and other substrates. This backing choice supports the disc’s long-lasting performance.

    Optimal 6 Inch Size

The 6 in x NH dimension of the disc offers a versatile size suitable for many sanding tools and applications. This size strikes a good balance between coverage area and control during use.

Its dimensions make it compatible with a range of sanders, especially when paired with 3M Elite Random Orbital Sanders. This ensures you get the best results on different substrates and projects.

    Effective Stock Removal Performance

These discs cut up to 2 times faster than conventional abrasives, thanks to the 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology. This means you can remove stock more efficiently, saving time on your projects.

They’re designed for a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. This versatility makes them a solid choice for many industrial and workshop tasks.

    Large Pack Size Convenience

This product comes in a case of 250 discs, organized as 50 discs per carton. Having a large pack ensures you have plenty of discs on hand for continuous work without frequent reordering.
