3M Cubitron II Stikit Film Disc 775L features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 6x as long as conventional abrasives.

These discs are ideal for a broad range of applications focused primarily on stock removal, and are effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The film backing offers greater tear resistance than paper discs, for additional durability and edge retention. For best results, pair with 3M™ Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

Our 3M™ Stikit™ system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. And because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit™ disc must be pressed onto a Stikit™ backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.

    Trusted 3M Cubitron II

The 3M Cubitron II Stikit Film Disc 775L is a reliable choice for professionals. This model features the 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain technology, which cuts up to twice as fast as conventional abrasives, making your work more efficient.

Its Stikit attachment system simplifies disc changes, saving time on the job. The 775L grade ensures consistent performance across various tasks, maintaining quality with every use.

    Durable Film Backing Benefits

This disc uses a film backing that offers greater tear resistance and edge retention compared to paper discs. This means it holds up better under tough conditions and lasts longer during use.

With a 5 inch diameter and NH (non-hole) format, it fits many standard sanders, providing versatility. The linered backing with tab also helps with easy handling and application.

    Effective Stock Removal Performance

Designed primarily for stock removal, this disc handles a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. Its fast cutting action helps speed up material removal tasks.

The 150+ grade ensures aggressive abrasion while maintaining control, making it suitable for demanding applications. This versatility supports many industrial and workshop needs.

    Convenient Stikit Attachment System

The Stikit system allows quick and easy disc changes without the mess of adhesives. Each disc comes with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, so you just press it onto the Stikit backup pad.

This system also makes removing discs clean and simple, leaving the pad ready for the next disc. It’s compatible with various sanders, including random orbital and stationary disc sanders.

    Bulk Pack Size Advantage

This product comes in a case of 250 discs, packaged as 50 discs per carton. This bulk quantity supports high-volume use and reduces the need for frequent reordering.

The large pack size is ideal for busy shops or production environments where consistent supply is essential. It ensures you have enough discs on hand for ongoing projects.
